Ms. Elizabeth is a Member of The Certified Practising Accountant (“CPA”) and a Degree Holder in Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance.

She is currently an Associate Director in Eco Asia Group, specialising in IPO advisory, Independent Adviser, M&A, fund raising, restructuring and etc.

She was the former Associate Director in M&A Securities Sdn Bhd, Corporate Finance Department, from 2014 to 2021 where she was involved in providing advisory services and assistance to companies that are undertaking corporate exercises such as IPO, fund raising and restructuring.

Overall, she has more than 23 years of professional experience in corporate and financial advisory, merger and acquisition as well as external auditing experience covering various sectors.

She is currently the Independent Non-Executive Director of Aldrich Resources Berhad, Ajiya Berhad, K Seng Seng Corporation Berhad, Opcom Holdings Berhad and SSF Home Group Berhad.

Ms. Janeeta is an Associate Member of IIA and a honors degree holder in Accountancy.

She was a former Consultant for Public Listed and Multinational Companies from 2014 to 2018. Throughout the five years, she has specialised in various industry such as Construction & Property Development, Hotel Services, Manufacturing & Industrial Product, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Education and Transport Services. She later ventured into the Money and e-Money Services Business and headed the Internal Audit Departments of Yuu Speed, Valyou and Merchantrade from 2019 to 2022, where she developed audit programs to ensure products comply with Bank Negara Malaysia requirements while maintaining their licenses.

Overall, she has more than 12 years of professional experience specialising in providing consultancy and assurances services in the areas of Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Control and Fraud Investigation.

Mr. Rijel holds bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He was also part of the CMT Association, a professional organisation of technical analysts headquartered in New York City.

He was the former Senior Analyst and Assistance Vice President position at Inter Pacific Asset Management. As one of the Fund Manager team, Mr. Rijel was involved in managing nearly RM1 billion investment portfolio covering local and global investment segments, such as private mandate and unit trust products.

Overall, he has more than 10 years of professional experience in providing financial advisory relating to stock market research and investment activities through wide financial vehicles.

Mr. Adam is a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia, a Fellow Member of ACCA, a Member of MIA and an Associate Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia ("CTIM"). He is also a Chartered Tax Practitioner and Licensed Income Tax Agent approved by MOF. Apart from this, he is a practicing secretary registered with the CCM and was also a licensed GST agent in year 2015.

He has extensive experience in various tax advisory works which involve advising clients on the corporate income tax, withholding tax and real property gains tax implications, group restructuring, listing exercise, tax due diligence works, cross border transactions as well as stamp duty exemptions.

Overall, he has more than 12 years of experience in providing corporate tax compliance and tax advisory services in a variety of industries which include public listed companies, multinational companies, banks, non-profit organisations, small and medium sized enterprises.

Ms. Jess is a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional by profession. She is also an The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("MAICSA")" and a Practicing Secretary registered with CCM.

Jess worked at several well-established secretarial firms, servicing clients across various industries, from small and medium-sized enterprises to private and public companies. Throughout her career, Ms. Jess has advised clients on compliance with regulatory bodies including the CCM, Bursa Malaysia and SC. Her expertise includes ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other regulatory guidelines issued by authorities from time to time.

Overall, she has more than 13 years of experience in corporate secretarial practices.

Ms. Melnora graduated with an honors degree in Banking and Finance.

She was the former risk management analyst in Thomson Reuters, a global leader in intelligent information and business solutions from June 2015 to July 2017 where she was involved in various cross-border due diligence and anti-money laundering projects. Subsequently, she transitioned into sales and marketing position for various finance companies and acted as project manager for investment and capital market services projects.

Overall, she has more than 6 years of professional experience in business development in the financial services industry.

Ms. Zi Ning is an Affiliate Member of ACCA and an honors degree holder in Accounting and Finance.

She started her career in year 2017 as an Accounts Assistant of Renoflex Sdn Bhd and later joined Eco Asia Group as the Finance Executive in year 2020, where she assists in all finance, HR and admin related matters of the Group.
